My first ride on a Syd Hill saddle

came thirteen years ago when a friend, visiting from Australia, brought his with him. From the first time I sat in it I realized that here was a saddle unlike any I had ever seen before. With each ride the saddle seemed more and more comfortable. As well as the comfort of it, I was impressed with the quality of leather used and the excellent workmanship in its construction.

I wasn’t alone noticing these features, wherever I traveled with the saddle people were commenting on it and asking where they could get one. It was for these reasons we contacted the Syd Hill Company in Australia and discussed the possibility of importing the saddles to Canada. They referred us to their main distributor, the Toowoomba Saddlery of Brisbane. After consulting with them they agreed to make a saddle to our specifications. They also made us their exclusive Canadian dealer.
